What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Paid Social Manager in planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns for the brand, on Meta and TikTok to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and brief engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to Paid social activity to continually drive channel performance in line with brand targets.
- Effectively measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring these are aligned with channel objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are staying on top of key trends and creatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are optimised.
- Work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Paid social is essential, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (a bonus)
- Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working across territories is desirable.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with a fashion-forward audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Continuously keeping up to date with the latest releases and updates across all platforms.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
