Paid Social Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Paid Social Manager in planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns for the brand, on Meta and TikTok to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and brief engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to Paid social activity to continually drive channel performance in line with brand targets.
  • Effectively measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring these are aligned with channel objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are staying on top of key trends and creatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are optimised.
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Paid social is essential, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (a bonus)
  • Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working across territories is desirable.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with a fashion-forward audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Continuously keeping up to date with the latest releases and updates across all platforms.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Challenge the status quo, innovative and open to try new tactics and strategies.
