What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies for the brand, across Meta, and TikTok, to meet business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to manage the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Utilise advanced targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant audiences, cross territories.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, driving growth to the UK and global territories.
- Oversee and optimise advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to successfully deliver commercial marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad performance.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and business strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry or a fast-paced eCommerce brand.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience working across territories including (but not limited to) UK, USA and Europe
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (bonus).
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to create engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
